Customer satisfaction

You would think after spending nearly $24,000 that you could get Asher to install sliding doors and windows correctly! Our deck contractor discovered they didn’t put flashing around the sliding doors thinking no one would discover it! Of course they leaked onto the sheeting underneath! They tried to worm their way out of fixing them by trying to say the siding was installed and they couldn’t do it. That was a lie. The new siding wasn’t on for a month later. The guy that goes around fixing what the installers screw up told me he works full time having to correct their mistakes. It has taken them FOUR TIMES to come out here and they still have fixed the sliding doors that were never adjusted (according to their repair guy) from time of the original installation. One of the doors still only opens halfway, and you practically have to use pliers to unlock them to open. When speaking to CS rep who came out, who was over an hour late for the appointment, I ended up throwing him off my property because he wouldn’t let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. The service man is ready to quit because he says they hire anyone to do the installs, even with no experience. It certainly shows. I’m ready to take them to court and sue for my money back. Horrible company pretending to be quality.
