Customer satisfaction

Very happy with the windows and doors. Insulation crew was very professional and worked well together and got the job done in a timely fashion. Disappointed in the amount of time it took to get the windows and doors (8 months – ordered in Dec. of 2023 and installed in Aug of 2024). Also disappointed that the job is not done yet as we are missing some window locks and no one will tell me we will have them. Our sale rep also stop by the day after installation to make sure all went well.

Great communication from the placement of the order, during the waiting period, scheduling the install, and follow up. The installation team did a great job as well. Kept at it until done and kept the areas clean as they went from room to room. The finished product was of high quality.
